Ever since the terror caused by the Malkavian antidiluvian Stiacese in the 1820's, this clan has been scarce in Nashville. Only one Kook survived the aftermath of Stiacese's reign and he fled to Canada. In 1929, Dr. Elizabeth Burke became the first Malkavian in one hundred years to be allowed to live within the Music City's limits.
Since that time Matteus (former Prince), and now Roman, allowed a few other citizens. However, Roman keeps a tight leash on the Kooks (or at least he thinks he does). The Prince has a very suspicious opinion of this clan, and he is more than a little terrified of the prospects of having too many within the city.
Dr. Burke is the lowest ranking Primogen and rarely is she recognized at coucil meetings. She recently plots some type of revenge against the other clans, primarily the Toreador, Tremere and Ventrue. Lizard was a very exciting acquisition for the clan due to his resources and connections. Jeffrey Argand is a loose wire, and Dr. Burke maintains watch over him. He resides at the Metropolitan Bordeaux Psychiatric Hospital where Dr. Burke works. Basti has a loose membership with the city's Harpies, but many believe she maintains friendships with anarchs. |
