KogaWelcome. I am Ninja Pokemon trainer Koga, leader of the Fuchsia City Gym. I train myself and my Pokemon under the strict code of the ninja. This gym is filled with traps, invisible walls, and rotating doors used to ward off enemies and assist in training. Any trainers who may wish to battle me must navigate throughout the entire gym and avoid the traps before they can face me. Those who are able to find me must face the challenge of my Poison and Psychic Pokemon in order to earn a Soul Badge.

Koga's SisterDon't forget about me, honored Brother. "Born in darkness, living in darkness, such is the fate of the ninja." Hello, I am Koga's younger sister, and I also train under the code of the ninja. Some might say my outfit does not suit the image of the ninja, but it certainly does suit the name of this city. I may not be as strong as my brother now, but I will continue to train until I become a great ninja and an even greater Pokemon trainer. I remember the young trainer, Ash Ketchum, and his friends. My Venonat told me about some "stupid-looking intruders," but when my brother and I faced him, he proved to be quite skilled.

Officer Jenny
Oh, welcome to Fuchsia City. I'm Officer Jenny. I really don't have much time to talk right now, I have to be on the alert for poachers. Fuchsia City has a lot of land, but it's not really a very large city. Most of the citizens are the Pokemon in the Safari Zone, the largest Pokemon reserve in the land. You should stop by some time, but remember: you are not allowed to catch any Pokemon in the Safari Zone.
Nurse Joy
Oh, hello, and welcome to Fuchsia City. I'm afraid I don't have very long to talk. I have to care for the Pokemon in the city, as well as those in the Safari Zone. Running the Pokemon Center is a lot of work, but I have always enjoyed caring for Pokemon. As you probably know, all the Pokemon Centers are run by my sisters and cousins. The Safari Zone brings in a lot of extra work, but Officer Jenny and I manage to keep the Pokemon safe and healthy. Well, I should really get back to my patients now, enjoy your stay.

Koga of the Fuchsia City Gym
Battle against Koga: This Gym Leader uses a combination of Poison and Psychic Pokémon, so be sure to take some Full Heals when you prepare to battle. Be careful when the Toxic attack is used; the damage taken doubles each attack, so it could easily knock out one of your Pokémon.
