Let's Play A Game
It starts with an unknowing game of pretend
Let's pretend I love you
Let's pretend I will never hurt you
Let's pretend you can trust me

It moves into a blind game of make-believe
Let's make-believe you are my possession
Let's make-believe you will never leave me
Let's make-believe that you are not a child

It turns into a dreaded game of Life
Let's live like we are married
Le'ts live like it's not incest
Let's live like it is the best thing for you

It changes to a game of Risk
Let's risk getting caught
Let's risk hurting our family
Let's risk your innocence

Now it's a horrible game of Monopoly
I want it ALL
You can NEVER have what you want
It will NEVER end

It goes to a game of Chance
You will not chance going out
You will not chance having a normal life
You will not chance my suicide or your mothers'

It slowly blurs into a game of Scrabble
The letters do not form words
Nothing adds up
Everything is a jumble

Now it is a wild game of Poker
I can bluff you
I know how you will react
I know what you will and won't do

Finally it's a bleeding game of Sorry
Sorry only for getting caught
Sorry for your mistake in thinking it was wrong
Sorry that my reputation is ruined and I can't teach because of you

Just so you know, we WILL play one more game.....It's called "I WIN!"
