Our Philosophy We are all students. We are all course members. There are facilitators and course members. (It's hard to call a 45-year-old executive who has major responsibilities a "student." He's a "course member.") There are "seminar participants." |
Every day is a special day! A lesson plan for almost every day of the year.... |

There is usually something interesting happening in the room or in the school or in Florida that is more real than what is in the book or that we can connect to with the material in the book..... that's why I like to take my class OUT of the class room... Students can say,"I remember when we learned the past form of "stretch" because we went outside and we stretched our hands to the sky!" |
I like to approach each class as if it were my last class. I think of it as the last class that I will teach on the planet. A lightning bolt will hit me two hours after I walk out of the class, so I need to transmit something and the students need to produce something. Something needs to happen in their brains and they need to ask that special question that will push them to find more information... and they will find the confidence to ask another question, and then another.... Soon they are answering questions by other students and eventually they are leading a group. |
Eventually we will have a link to each day -- a lesson for each day, a quote for each day, and you print it out. Remember which months have 30 days: put two... (click here) |
