"Morticia"

Morticia is the Matriarch of the Addams Family. She is the glue which binds the family together. Never afraid to try new things, she has attempted writing childrens fairy tales, sculpting, painting, and even dabbled in singing. She has taught Lurch the Tango and helped him win a dance contest. She plays and has beaten Gomez in most games.. to include Chess, Backgammon, Checkers, and most card games. She has even beat him fencing. (not a small feat!!).Her main love however, (besides her family) is her gardening.
She has cared for her carnivorous plant, Cleopatra, since before marrying Gomez. She loves roses, and makes a wonderful stem arrangement once the terrible smelling blooms are trimmed away.
Morticia loves her family dearly and would do anything for them.
As the wife of Gomez, she is very much the temptress. Knowing the things that keep him interested,she teases him non- stop.
As mother to Pugsley and Wednesday, she shows an interest in what they are learning. She has even had run-ins with the principle at school over the curriculum and has attempted, many times, to rewrite the stories they are forced to read at school.
Morticia's best attributes are her love for her family and willingness to try new things.

Carolyn Jones
Born: April 28,1929
Died: August 3, 1989

Carolyn Jones was born Carolyn Baker in Amarillo Texas. She started her acting career in the 1950's and starred in many different movies. The role she is most known for however, is as Morticia Addams in the Addams Family TV series which ran from 1964 until 1966.
She was married to Aaron Spelling from 1953 until 1965 when they divorced.
Carolyn Jones had quite a few memorable characters in the late fifties. Playing the Existentialist in "The Bachelor Party" got her an Oscar nomination in 1958 for Best Supporting Actress. She also had the pleasure of playing opposite Elvis Presley in "King Creole", getting to utter the now famous line "Maybe we'll meet some place by accident". Mrs Jones had few appearances after the Addams Family, prefering to spend the time with her family. In 1982 she was cast as Myrna Clegg in the nightime soap opera "one Capitol". Illness made her quit after season however.
Carolyn Jones Died in 1983 due to stomach Cancer.

Ellie Harvie was born in Winnipeg, Manatoba in Canada. She is a well know commedianne in Canada. She has recieved A Gold medal in the CBC'S Improv Olympics, and A Gemini nomination for Best Comedy Performance in a series or Special. She was a great talent in Vancouvers Theatre Sports League.
Ellie Harvey has had many film roles. Her list of talents include several tv shows, such as "Cupid" and the "X-Files, Many Tv Movies, such as " Nightscream and "Principal Takes a Holiday as well as feature films such as "Happy Gilmore" and "Wrongfully Accused" Currently, she is Morticia Addams On Fox Family Channels " New Addams Family Series". Anjelica Huston
Born: July 8 1951.

Anjelica Houston was born in Santa Monica, California to actor John Houston and Russian Ballet dancer, Rikki Soma.
Anjelica spent her early years in modeling. It wasn't until 1969 when Anjelica got the part of Claudia in "A Walk with Love and Death that she started her acting career.
Since then she has been nominated for, and won, many awards. Her most notable role was as Maerose Prizzi in "Prizzi's Honor" (1985) for which she recieved the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
After a brief time with Jack Nickolson, Anjelica married producer Robert Graham.
which has stood the test of time. No mean feat in Hollywood.

Daryl Hannah

Daryl Hannah is lnown as one of Hollywoods hardest working and well known actresses. Daryl was born in Chicago Illinois to Don and Susan Hannah(Wexler) and graduated from the University of Southern California School of Theatre. Her first movie was in 1978s' " The Fury". Daryl Hannah has starred in many award winning movies since then to include " The Clan Of the Cave Bear", " Steele Magnolias" and "Roxanne". Daryl Hannah is probably most known for her portrayal of the mermaid "Madison" in disney's "Splash" co-starring Tom Hanks.
In addition to playing Morticia in The "Addams Family Reunion" Daryl Hannah appeared in My Favorite Martian", "Speedway Junkie", "Rear Window", "Tripwire" "The Gingerbread Man", "Wild Flowers", "Hi-Life" and "Justice" all within the 1998- 1999 season.
