On a yellow orange disc, with an annulet of the field, a caricatured blue fox in front of a white lightning flash issuing from chief, stalking across a white cloud formation in base, outlined black, while holding a black aerial machine gun, proper, under the right foreleg; two, small, jagged red flashes emitting from machine gun muzzle toward base.  (approved 10 Nov 1944)
