This website was originally designed as our wedding website.  We have now been married for over two years and we have decided to make this our family page.  The website is a little outdated.  We are in the process of updating the information and there should be much more to see very soon.  Thanks for visiting!

Our Family:

Beginnings:

Tod and Karen met at  Politics and Prose. This is also where Tod proposed. (In fact, the picture below is taken at Politics and Prose at the very table where it all began.)

We live in Derwood, Maryland.  Derwood is just outside of Washington, D.C.  We love living in our nation's capital.  Here are a few pictures of us in and around where we live.  This year we checked out the Cherry Trees.  We hav also explored other areas of the city as well.  (Here is a photo album of pictures taken a few years ago.) 

A very important member of the family is Grendel, our dog!

Last summer we went camping in Catoctin, Maryland.  We camped at a state park, right next to Camp David. (We didn't see the president!)

Karen went to visit her family in Minnesota last summer.  Here are some pictures from her trip.

We were married on July 17, 1998 in San Diego, California.  Here are a few pictures from our wedding!
