The Unabridged Student Counseling Virtual
Pamphlet Collection
http://www.dr-bob.org/vpc/virtulets.html
My Opinion: This site deals with sexual assault and help for rape victims. And it also offers information crisis information, eating disorders, and emotional issues. This site is a great resource for information.
The site is, as indicated by its
title for college students seeking counseling. However, the various sites offer
information for anyone to view. *There is a link under Sexual Assault index for
various issues also a link for men who have been victims.
The Diana Reahm show is a national syndicated radio
show.
Interview with Walter Anderson
My opinion: This show host authors, scientist, news,
politics, and etc. This is an in depth radio show. Also note that you will need
to click the archive index. Walter Anderson’s interview was primarily based on
the physical abuse he suffered. However, sexual abuse is physical abuse. Even
though, it was not about sexual abuse it was very enlightening about anger over
abuse, the emotions, and the response to the abuse, the development of a person
who suffered abuse. Many survivors have anger issues. I believe the interview
and his book is really worth listening to. I personally identified with a great
deal of what he said.
My Opinion: The web site is dedicated to sexual abuse and rape victims. However, this site offers so much for survivors and partners or anyone that needs help. The site list many different issues such as, anger, books, survivor stories, links, (for men and women survivors), chats, articles and etc.
My Opinion: This site has a great deal to offer not only survivors, but to all. It encompasses a great deal of issues. And many good links, such as state numbers, state statue of limitation and more.
"Male Sexual Abuse Victims of Female Perpetrators Society's Betrayal of Boys".
by Kali Munro, M.Ed., Psychotherapist, 2002
This is one of many different articles on this site. The site is for men and women survivors. In my opinion this site offers a great deal to survivors and loved ones. This is worth the click. http://www.canadiancrc.com/Table_contents.htm This is a NGO and Non-profit organization. It is
dedicated to education and an advocacy group for the rights of Canadian
children. The web site provides a great deal of information, research and links
to other organizations related to child advocacy, child rights, child abuse,
education of rights, youth justice and more. I recommend the site because it
offers so much information and research for many issues. The
