Warlord Kingdom Guild Jobs READ BELOW BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER! If you would like to host a contest then you should have basic html knowledge so that you can post your contests on a web page either at your own web site or your pets page. For examples of what I speak of click here for a pets page contest, and here for a web site contest. Each member of Warlord Kingdom can hold up to 2 council positions at one time. But they cannot be on the same council. IE if you hold a position on the 2nd council then you can't run for another 2nd council position. You can, however run for one on the 1st or 3rd. 1st council is a permanent position, those members will hold their positions unless for some reason they are unable to fulfill their duties. 2nd council positions are held for a 6 month period or until a member is unable to continue with their duties. 3rd council positions are also held indefinitely or until the member holding a position resigns or is unable to continue. The Master Warlord (cuda1111) holds the right to remove any member from their council position for some reason he feels they are not doing their jobs right or so forth and so on.
Secretary-(1st council position)-Open contact cuda1111 The title of this position may change This position does have Administrative powers. You are to help members if needed. you will monitor the calendar and keep everyone's birthdays updated as well as hand out gifts for their birthdays. You are to monitor the message board and the forum (please read the board monitor position description below). Help host point games and with new ideas to better the guild. you are to help cuda and/or dreemmayden with the guild such as resolving disputes, taking over as leader if cuda or dreemmayden are not able too. The cleric is to back you up with the calender and birthdays if or when you're unavailable to do so. Notify him/her if this should happen. YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO CREATE A WEB PAGE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION! You are to help the Enchantress find new activities, new neopet additions such as new avatar releases, new pet species releases, new games, items, wars and the like. you can do this by visiting neopets boards and checking in there for new info as well as keeping an eye out at the "NEWS" section of neopets. Once you've discovered something new post it in the "Neopets Updates" area of the guild forum and send a message to dreemmayden letting her know you've posted new updates. You are to welcome and inform new members about Warlord Kingdom rules and activities. You will also help them learn to navigate the guild website & the guild forum if necessary. You should also keep an eye open for new things added or are happening at neopets and post these under the "Neopets Updates" Board at the guild forum. You are to monitor the message board and the forum (please read the board monitor position description below). You are to back the Battle Maiden up (if needed) if birthdays and keeping the calender updated with members birthdays and hand out gifts to the members celebrating a birthday. Do this only when the battle maiden is unavailable to do so. Welcome Wizard- (3rd council position)- The titles of this position may change This position does not have Administrative powers. You will be responsible for welcoming ALL new members to our guild by neomailing them (DO NOT JUST POST AT THE BOARD). You should also send a little welcome gift although it is not required but is a nice gesture. Board Monitor-(2nd council position) The titles of this position may change
This position has Administrative powers. You will monitor the guild message board watching for inappropriate messages such as, spamming, scams, bad language, slandering (IE talking badly about another member). You must send either myself (dreemmayden) or cuda1111 a copy of any inappropriate messages. We will then look into the matter. You are NOT to handle it yourself you just bring it to our attention ONLY! You will also delete messages if they get up to 3 or more pages long. You will delete the 3rd page (or 4th and 5th if that's the case) we want to keep messages no more then 50 at a time. Preferably less. Adoption Center-(3rd council

You will need to know basic html and either host the center on your own web site or on your pets page for this position.
Members who have pets that they want to put up for adoption will contact you and you will place a photo of their pet on your web page/pets page with its name and a link to its lookup page so those interested in adopting it can learn more about him/her.
Members interested in adopting a pet from your adoption center will also contact you and once that member has decided they want it for sure, you will put them in touch with the pets owner. From that point on your job is done and the rest is between the adopter and the owner.

The Scribe- (2nd council position)- The titles of this position may change This position has Administrative powers. JOB DUTIES: You are required to help the new members learn their way around the guild and the guild website. You are required to answer questions related to neopets and/or the guild. You will also be required to monitor the message board (see board monitor position description above) REQUIREMENTS: You must be very knowledgeable about neopets! You must have been a member of Warlord Kingdom for at least a month and know your way around the guild website. Although you may do that instead of posting at the forum. Dark Horse Messenger-(2nd council position)- The titles of this position may change This position has Administrative powers. Your duties will include notifying inactive members to find out how they are doing and why they have not been active in the guild. All guild members are required to participate either by posting messages at the board, donating or playing the games etc. They MUST be doing something! Each member is allowed up to one month of inactivity before you notify them. If after a month they have done nothing then you will begin contacting them. If they do not contact you back after one week from the time you sent your first message then you will contact cuda1111. He will then take over the matter. This position requires you to go out and recruit new members. You MUST get at least 2 new active members each month.

You are to keep the peace so to speak. All knaves and guards in the guild will look to you for help in solving problems or disputes. You will be required to monitor member activity whether at the message board or members other activities such as participation in games/contests/quests/trivias and so on. Those who hold these activities should send you a list of those who participated in their contest or any other game. You will tally these members activities and report to cuda once a month telling him if there are any members who should or should not be moved up in rank. This is not an easy tally since we require above and beyond in their participation to move up in rank.
