RED FOOD - ENERGY
People with lots of red energy in their system will be physically active, tend to be lean and muscular in build, speak and move quickly. The benefit derived from this activity develops their stamina and influences their general outlook on life their body functions will be well tuned, they will glow with health, and their immune system functioning will be optimal. People with plenty of red energy work tirelessly and hard to achieve their goals. The pigment that makes tomato red- lycopene- is even more powerful than beta-carotene in fighting certain toxins that may trigger cancer cells. Cherries, raspberries, and strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which is thought to play a role in blocking formation of some carcinogens. Red cherries and strawberries eaten on an empty stomach or between meals are also effective in lowering uric acid levels in the blood. However, too much food at the infrared and red end of the spectrum, such as red meat and eggs, and stimulants such as coffee and tea, and salt, can cause hostility, irritability, impatience, and anger. |

ORANGE FOOD - GOOD APETITE The color orange is particularly good at stimulating the appetite and aiding digestion, and a person with plenty of orange energy will have a good appetite, strong digestion, and good immune system. They will be happy and joyous and have a healthy sex drive. They would also enjoy choosing and eating food, and have a balanced and varied diet. They should be able to eat most foods without any ill-effects or allergic reactions. They will be able to assimilate the goodness from food and eliminate waste products before harmful toxin build up. Their juice cleanses detoxifies the body, washing out potentially harmful waste materials. Green foods stabilize the blood pressure and the acid and alkaline levels in the body. Green herbs have been used for thousands of years for their healing properties. Most naturally white-colored food, especially milk products such as live yogurt, contains green energy, which is the color of the grass from which they are derived. If it is processed or salt is added, however, it loses its vitality. |
