1)Tony
Montana: "Amigo, the only thing in this world that gives orders is balls.
Balls. You got that?" (to Frank)
2)Tony
Montana: "Is this it? Is this what it's all about, Manny? Eating, Drinking,

a bad guy comin' through; you better get outta his way!"
Review:Scarface,
a remake of the 1932 film of the same name, is a gripping story of how power and
violence lead to corruption. Al Pacino (Carlito's Way,
Scent of a Woman, Godfather
II), as Tony Montana, provides a brilliant performance as a Cuban refugee
who comes to America with less than nothing and becomes one of the most highly
respected and feared drug lords in Miami. Writer Oliver Stone (Platoon,
Wall Street, Born on the
4th of July, JFK, Natural
Born Killers, Talk Radio) and director
Brian De Palma (Carlito's Way, Carrie)
make for an explosive combination here. Pacino is dynamite as the uneducated thug,
whose oddly calculating and ambitious at the same time.-Review by Aaron Caldwell
