MONTEGO BAY TOURS

Montego Bay is Jamaica's 2nd largest city and capital of the parish of St. James. St. James is situated on the north western end of Jamaica. It is bordered by the parishes of Trelawny to the east, St. Elizabeth to the south and Hanover and Westmoreland to the west.

The most intriguing attraction in the city is the "Rose Hall Great House". It was built in 1760. Another historical landmark is the Rio de Camorones or the creek Dome which was the source of Drinking water until 1893. The dome still stands though no longer supplying water.

The "Cage" in Sam Sharpe Square was a jail for recaptured runaway slaves, drunks and vagrants. Sporting activities include Golfing at the new "Ritz Carlton Hotel" at Rose Hall, Tennis, Squash, Rafting, Sailing, Surfing, Diving and Volley Ball on the Beach.

Their are numerous Old Plantations, Bird Sanctuaries, Caves and traveling through the Lush Mountains.

Montego Bay has everything-something special for everyone. It is said to be "THE COMPLETE RESORT"
