Ampser John Henry Ampser (Ampfer) from Switzerland wed 1868 to Elizabeth Britten 1845 - 1900 #1445 aged 55, daughter of Elizabeth Croe and John Henry Britton, died at Dunolly John Henry Ampser and his family arrived in the Waanyarra district, near Tarnagulla, Victoria, about 1879, and settled near the Cemetery. During 1892 he left to look for work in Melbourne, and was never heard of again.
