Page 55 is Edith's request for an official Death Certificate on 21 Jan 1917
Page 58 - Jean Mena's allowance was raised from 13 pounds per annum to 20 shillings per fortnight from 19 Mar 1916, and first payment was 120 pounds (back-pay)
On 5 March 1918 she received his Effects, a metal Watch (damaged), letters, Cards, Photos, Booklet, money Belt, Note-book, Gift Pin, 2 Handkerchiefs.
On 21 May 1921 (page 44) she was informed the Authorities were unable to find any trace of his last resting place.
Edith on 11 Jan 1924 signed that she received his medals - One 1914/15 Star and One British War Medal

I am researching the Hawthorne Family and one of the descendents Edith Hawthorne married Reginald George Rosenbrock 1913. They had 2 children Edith Agnes & Jean Mena, Reg George died 1915 at Gallipoli and I have been unable to find out what to the 2 daughters.
