4th May 1813 is the date on familysearch IGI for the birth of your Thomas Bonney to John Augustus Bonney and Elizabeth. Her maiden surname was Taylor as revealed in a Taylor family court case about a disputed will which involved JAB and his wife as one of the parties. I could give you loads about JAB and his roots in London and Reading. A lawyer, he was most famous for being with others in prison on a civil rights issue in 1794 where he faced a sedition charge the penalty for which was death. In this portrait of him in 1794 you can see the Tower of London in the background. I also have a copy of his diary there.
His granddaughter Emma's birth details are as you found in familysearch. Mr Rose was her first husband followed by a Mr Martin.
