I have always sang. In elementry school, I was put in the school plays because I was the only kid who would sing in front of the school! In high school, I was part of the band, and the vocal class/team.      I learned how to play the trumpet, the guitar and how to sing in school. I have taught myself the bass guitar, a bit of piano, and the drums on my own. I have also taught myself how to use sequen-cing programs for the computer, and can even mix a little on the turntables (but I still need some work at this!).      I sing for my current band, God Awakens Petrified. I have also performed in Media Sex God, and have been playing gigs at clubs since I was 18 years old. I have had a chance to play with my favorite bands, including Megadeth, Godflesh, Noise Therapy, Flybanger (formerly Jar)  and D.S.K.      We are currently writing for our next album, to be released as soon as possible. Our freshman album, self titled, is right now in stores in Vancouver, and is selling

at a good steady rate. We were even nominated for best Debut Album at the Georgia Straight Awards last year!
