JS's Passenger Reminder 高麗航空的乘客須知

Reservation
and Confirmation Reservation
should be made in advance through AIR Koryo
(JS) booking offices in Pyongyang and abroad, or through authorized travel
agents in foreign countries. Passengers
should reconfirm their reservation 72 hours prior to the departure to buy
tickets or have confirmation stickers on them.
Noncompliance
with this notice may result in automatic cancellation of the seats.
應該事先安排通過高麗航空公司在平壤和海外的票務辦事處來預定機位，或通過已獲授權的外國旅遊代理商。乘客應該在出發離開72個小時之前訂購機票或獲取再確認機位標籤。不順從與這個通知，也許會導致原訂的機位被自動取消。
Ticket
and Validity The
ticket is not transferable to the others and the ticket which is altered
may not be honored.
The
ticket is valid for one year form the date of issue.
The restrictions on validity of ticket are subject to the rules of passenger air tariffs published by Air Koryo (JS).
機票是不可轉移給其他乘客的，並且被修改的機票不能是有效的。普通機票從發出日期起計算一年內有效。設有限制性的機票則是依據高麗航空公司所訂的乘客航空規則。 Children / Infant Fares 兒童/嬰兒機票價格 Infants under 2 accompanied by adults shall pay 10% of the applicable
adult fare and cannot occupy individual seats. Children
from 2 under 12, who are paying 75% of the adult fare, are entitled to individual
seats. 在2歲之下暮並伴隨成人的嬰兒機票價格是10%成人機票價，但無法佔有獨立的座位。學兒童從2歲開始，但 在12歲之下，應支付75%成人機票價格, 並有資格獲得獨立的座位。
Check in Time 報到時間 Passengers
should arrive at the departure airport not later than 90 minutes before
the flight and
complete all departure formalities. If
passengers fail to arrive in time and board, Air
Koryo (JS) assumes no responsibility for them. 乘客應該在飛機起飛前90分鐘前到達機場，並完成所有離境手續。如果乘客不及時到達及登機，高麗航空公司將假設不須對於他們承擔責任。
Airport Fee 機場費 Passengers leaving the territory of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea through International Airport are kindly requested to pay an airport fee, it is 11 Euro Passengers
holding diplomatic passports and transit or transfer passengers within 24
hours, and children under 12 years of age will be exempted from the
airport fee.
乘客離開朝鮮民主主義人民共和國的疆，經國際機場時，請求支付機場費, 這是 11 Euro，乘客持有外交護照及在24小時之內的過境旅客，和12歲以下的兒童將被豁免機場費。
Baggage Allowance 免費行李配額 The
Free Baggage Allowance is as follows : Business Class –
30kg (66 pounds) Economy Class –
20kg (44 pounds) In

Carry on Baggage 手提行李 Each
passenger may, within the limits of free baggage allowances, carry one piece of hand baggage suitable for placing in the
closed overhead rack or under the passenger’s seat provided that the
total sum of its three dimensions does not exceed 115cm(45 inches). For
sick or incapacitated passagers, fully collapsible wheelchair and other
specialized equipment may be carried. Infants,
not entitled to a seat, shall be allowed one fully collapsible
stroller/pushchair or infant carrying basket, which may be carried in the
passenger cabin subject to the availability of space.
每位乘客只能擁帶一件手提行理登機，該行理以能被安置在閉合的頂上行李架或能放置在乘客座位之下為準，行理的三維總和以不超出115cm(45 英寸) 條件為合。為染病或身體不適於的乘客服務，能完全地摺疊的輪椅和其它專業設備也許能被運載。嬰兒沒有資格獲得座位，將被提供可完全摺疊嬰兒運載籃子，取決於客艙空間。
Baggage Liability 行李責任 Baggage liability means the limit of responsibility of the airlines carrying passengers and their baggages in respect to any loss, dalay of, or damage to the checked baggage.
The liability of Air Koryo (JS) is limited to US$ 20 per kg of checked baggage.
Air Koryo
(JS) assumes no
liability for unchecked baggage, fragile or perishable articles.
Baggage
damage or loss should be report immediately to Air
Kroyo (JS) on your arrival at the airport. Liability
for loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is
declared in advance and additional charges are paid. Air Koryo
(JS) assumes no
liability for fragile or perishable articles.

below shall not be carried on within or as part of passenger baggage : Brief
cases and attached cases with installed alarm devices

gases (flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) such as camping gas. Corrosives
(such
as acids, alkalis and wet cell batteries) Etiologic
agents Explosives,
munitions, fireworks and flares. Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter or heating fuels, matches and articles which are easily ignited.
Oxidizing
materials (such as bleaching powder and peroxides) Poisonous
materials. Radioactive
materials. Other restricted articles (such as mercury, magnetized material, offensive or irritating materials).
