It has been a great year for the batch of 1978. From the AfterMath78's
Y2K launching, to the transition to KaEskwela, atbp in May...From the mini
reunions in Manila, LA, Vancouver, New York and Toronto to the two Batch
78 Grand Fellowships in Manila...From the short emails to the CyberReunion
I & II.....the batch exhibited the great desire to reach out and rekindle
the past and create new and lasting memories.
From all of us in KaEskwela, we'd like to greet everyone a
and we pray that the group will grow much bigger next year!!!

The Family Day- Postponed
Family is the focal point of the group.
We love to see our kids experience and learn the value of friendship through
our examples.
It was a wise idea however, on the part of
the organizers to postpone the much anticipated Family Day. With
the current economic condition in the Philippines, it would better to set
aside the finances for the kid's gifts on Christmas.
We are sorry for those who were disappointed
but we promise to make it "THE" Family Day...the mother of all festivities...for
our young ones and the young once, too!
See you there next year!!!

"The Video" Hits Vancouver
Here's Western Canada's reactions after watching
the Philippine Batch '78 Fellowship Reunion Video Tape. A little note from
Fenchie and Terry.
"Received the video tape last Friday. Still
having a hard time trying to figure out who's who. Hopefully, on
November 13(Remembrance Day Holiday), Beng, Terry, Celso and I (plus families)
will be able to gather in Terry's home to watch the video together.
It is more fun that way." - Fenchie

them even we cannot recognized most of them. beng and i watched it together
last saturday, dapat sana 2 weekend ago pa kaso lahat kami dito nagkasakit,
kaya na reschedule, hindi tuloy nakasama sina Fenchie, kasi may previous
engagement na sila. anyway one day we will get together ulit."
