Ashley is three years old now and she is a real bundle of energy. She talks a mile a minute and it is a blast to watch her play. She is a daddy's girl. Ashley loves to watch movies and has many favorite movies. Ashley loves to watch "Woody" or Toy Story to the rest of us,Monsters Inc. she calls "Sully, or Monsers," she loves Finding Nemo, which she calls "Fish," another of her favorite movies is Lelo and Stitch which she call "Stitch." Fortunately with having soo many children my daughter Angie and David my son-in-law have aquired an entire collection of Disney movies and other cbildren's movies.
Ashley shares a room with her big sister Melissa and her little sister Jennifer. Ashley would just as soon sleep with her big sister Melissa even though they have bunk beds. Although Melissa is eight years old now she is a very good big sister to her two little sisters. Melissa wanted a little sister for so long and now she has two little sisters, Ashley and Jennifer. Ashley loves to play with Melissa and her younger sister Jennifer. Jennifer and Ashley are only about fourteen monhths apart in age so they will probably grow up very close. Of course Ashley, Jennifer and Melissa have two older brothers, David and Daniel. David and Daniel are typical brothers in that they do pick on and tease their sister Melissa, but they are also great boys who help their little sisters. Ashley loves her older brothers. Having older brothers and an older sister is great when you need help with something but Ashley is getting more and more indenpendant so she mostly has her brothers fill up her juice cup or help her tie her shoes. Ashley loves to slide on the sliding board at any park, this is a great time for her to corral one of her brothers to take her to the sliding board.

Because Ashley's older sister and her brothers are involved in playing sports at the YMCA Ashley and Jennifer get to play in the nursery at our local YMCA. Ashley and Jennifer love to go the nursery and play with the other kids, and with other toys. Ashley was so proud of a picture she colored, she had to show the entire family the picture she "color." |

Ashley and Jennifer get along great and have begun to play well with each other. A couple of months ago Ashley was a little jealous of Jennifer. Ashley would take Jenny's juice cup away from her and seak a drink from it before she would get caught. She now gives Jenny her juice cup and will tell you that this is Jenny's juice. Because Ashley and Jennifer are so close in age, they have begun to mimick each other. Angie says Ashley and Jennifer will sit in the floor and one of the girls will start doing what her sister is doing....then the other sister will copy her sister. Before long they are both laughing and squealing, because it is so funny to them. Put Melissa in the middle of these two little girls and the squeals of laughter is amazing to listen to. |

I love to babysit my grandkids and fortunately for me, my daughter is always in need of a babysitter. Someone always needs to go the the dentist, doctor, a field trip or something, so I do get to babysit often. Because of this all of my garndchildren are very close to me and my husband Jerry. I can't think of a better way to invest my time than in the future of these great kids. I feel fortunate that I can spend so much time with all of them. I have been lucky because some grandparents live to far away to really enjoy their grandchildren. Below is the first picture taken of our sweetie
