Jane Benallack and her three brothers, John Francis, George and Stephen Benallack appear to have come together from England. I could not find deaths of John Francis or Stephen.

A morning spent at the web page http://www.familysearch.net/Eng/ has given some ideas, and questioned more. For example the family appears to have been Wesleyan until about 1828, and then went back to the Church of England (and the children were Christened 'properly'). Jane Francis Benallack wed 1855 to Christopher Merifield. Stephen Staton Benallack wed 1855 to Mary Ann Rock 1839 - 1899. John Francis Benallack wed 1858 to Elizabeth Ann Haynes 1839 - 1905. George Brown Benallack 1836 - 1858 was born in Cornwall, son of Amy Francis and Stephen Benallack. He appears to have been in the Colony about 4 years, and was aged 22 years when he died, probably the youngest of the family.
