- I'm again sorry for the more than two months of inactivity -- school and other offline activities are still keeping me quite busy. Tonight, however, I've updated the TV Appearences section with another special page, this one pertaining to Lucy and Desi's appearence on the 1954 A Star is Born televised premiere.

- Sorry for the more than two months of inactivity -- I've been really, really busy with school and extraciricular activities, and haven't had time to update the site. Tonight, however, I'd like to say Happy Thanksgiving! to all Americans, and I've updated the TV Appearences page with a special page about the 1960 special "Hedda Hopper's Hollywood". - Updated the Mame movie page with the fixing of an accidental factual error. I had mixed-up Joyce Van Patten and "Sally Cato"'s names, as to which was the actress and which was the character. A certain other Lucille Ball page (which shall go nameless) may need to make this update as well, seeing they have the same Mame page as I do (although it originated -- and was meant to stay -- here.)

- Major update to the bookstore. The index page has all new releases in the "Recent Releases" section, the book section now has reviews for every book there (as well as many new additions), and the video area has a bunch of new releases, as well as deleted ones that are no longer carried. Check out the new Lucy Book, Lucy Show DVD, and The I Love Lucy Guide to Life!

- Reinstated the Lucy News Flash page, because there has been enough news of late that I decided the page needed a place to catalogue it all. This is the place where I'll put any press releases, news briefs, and articles from newspapers and magazines (in addition to "The Lucille Ball News" newsletter).

- Added the first new movie page since February, Meet the People. Please tell me what you think at my new address, swing4243@yahoo.com. Since the Yahoo! Geocities merger, all Geocities e-mail addresses have been converted to Yahoo addresses. However, mail to Geocities addresses will still be forwarded to Yahoo! addresses. Therefore, I will not be changing my address on all the pages on the File unless I have to.

- Tonight I add the first major update to this web site since April 10 -- the beginnings of a major episode by episode guide to I Love Lucy. These different pages will bring together information from many different sources and make an informative, well-researched page for every installment of the series. The first five are now available: "The Girls Want to Go to a Nightclub", "Be a Pal", "The Diet", "Lucy Thinks Ricky Is Trying to Murder Her" and "The Quiz Show". More will be added in the coming weeks and months. Please inform me what you think of these new areas, and if you have any information that you feel should be added.

- "Reports of my death are greatly exagerated." My computer has been giving me problems for the last few weeks, especially the keyboard and other hardware. That has made it impossible to update the page. This has been especially noticeable on the two schedule pages. But now my computer's back to normal, and I have updated the two pages (I Love Lucy This Month and Lucy on TV This Month [Non-ILL]) for the rest of June. Hopefully during the summer I will be able to add more new pages and sections, since in recent months classes have been keeping me very busy.

- I have completely overhauled the Lucy Videos section. It now features updated listings, divided into separate pages. I have also added a separate page, Lucy's Films on Video, and have updated the other sections. Many sections feature links to Amazon.com, where these videos may be purchased, since I get many e-mails asking where to track down such-and-such a tape. If you have any comments, feel free to e-mail me.
