Jesus
answered and said to them: "Take heed that no one deceives you.
"For many will come in My name saying. 'I am the Christ,' and will
deceive
many.
"And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not
troubled;
for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
"For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And
there
will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
"All these things are the beginning of sorrows.
"Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you
will
be
hated
by all nations for My name's sake.
"And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate
one
another.
"Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
"And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
"But he who endures to the end shall be saved. "And this gospel of the
kingdom
will be preached in all the nations, and then the end will come.
(Matt.
24: 4-14)
"For
then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since
the
beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
And
unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but
for
the elect's sake those days will be shortened.
"Then
if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ! or 'There! do
not
believe it.
"For
false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs
and
wonders to deceive, if possible even the elect.
"See,
I have told you beforehand.
"Therefore
if they say to you, 'Look, He is in the desert! do not go
out;
or 'Look, He is in the inner rooms! do not believe it.
"For
as the lightning come from the east and flashes to the west, so
will
the coming of the Son of Man be.

"Watch
therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord
is
coming. (Matt. 24: 42)
"But
of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of
Heaven,
but My Father only. (Matt. 24: 36)
"Therefore
you also be ready, for the Son of Man is
coming
at an hour you do not expect. (Matt. 24: 44)
"For
as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the
Son
of Man be.
"For
as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking,
marring
and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered
the
ark, "and did not know until the flood came and took them away,
so
also will the coming of the Son of Man be. (Matt. 24: 37-39)
"But
know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour
the
thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house
to
be broken into. (Matt. 24:43)

of false Christs:

Pestilence & Earthquakes:
Backsliding,
turning from the faith, betrayal:
Lawlessness
abounding:
Discrimination
and hatred against Christians:
Gospel
preached worldwide:
Deliberate
deception by men of God's Word:
False
Prophets and "New Age" leaders:
Love
and concern for others grows cold:
Earthquakes
in various places:
Record
heat:
Record
cold:
Record
flooding:
Fires:
Record
snows:
Droughts:
Tornadoes
are getting more frequent, and more deadly.
As
of 2004, there is the unrest in the Middle East, the European Union's
political
merger,
Global
Terrorism, the U.S. ID initiatives, the threat of nuclear attacks,
the
world's growing focus on Jerusalem, Ecumenicalism, Civil liberty
concerns,
the
collapse of morality, and China's growing economic and military might.
And
there is lawlessness, hatred,
rapes,
and muggings, and are on the rise, crimes are also on the
increase,
wars that are currently going on in many countries,
The
Christian morals in our country (U.S.) have disappeared, if you
wear
a T-shirt that says 'I love death' or something - you're cool, but,
if
you wear a "What Would Jesus Do?" shirt, or a cross, or
something-
they hate that, they don't want you to were that stuff.
high
school shootings, kids as little as 5yrs old shooting other kids and
adults,
and, the gospel is currently being preached though out the
world
by the means of T.V, the internet, on the radio, and by word of mouth,
ect.
Notice
that they are getting closer to a one world government?
The
U.N. is growing with more countries, and, they (U.S.) are
getting
closer to "Mark of the Beast", by the increase of
credit
cards, debit cards, and the 'Bar codes' on everything now,
computers
are getting smaller, and computer chips are getting
smaller,
and smaller. Who knows? maybe the "Mark" will be a
bar
code stamped in the right hand or forehead, or a small computer
chip
will be in the right hand or forehead. (But, have NO fear, the "Mark
of
the Beast" won't happen until sometime during the 7 year
tribulation.)
The rapture of the those of us that are saved though
Jesus
Christ will happen before the 7 yr. tribulation. Many people
believe
that the rapture will happen either during the tribulation,
or
happen right after the trib. I don't think
that
the Lord would make us suffer through the tribulation
with
the antichrist in power. Then, after the 7yr trib. Jesus will return
with
His
saints to the world to set up His kingdom to rule the earth
for
1000 yrs. We shall be with the Lord forever, and ever, and ever.
Isn't
that exciting?
So,
start looking up,
Our
Lord Jesus Christ could come next year, next week, this weekend,
today,
tomorrow, or in the next 5 minutes.
So,
live each day as if our Lord would come to take us home (rapture).
